The Wilhelm13 music and literature house is the joint venue of the Oldenburg Literature Office, the Alluvium jazz club, the Initiative of Jazz Musicians Oldenburg e.V. and the Oldenburg Singers & Players Club. In the listed former "Isolierbaracke" behind the PFL culture centre they present a first-class programme of concerts, readings and cross-over events.
